  • I'm a one person shop, on purpose.  This keeps me focused, busy, and effective.  And hard to reach
  • When I'm in deep link building mode for clients I limit my email time and voice calls to by-appointment-only
  • When I'm conducting training sessions I do not check email, IM, or answer the phone at all.
